Guide to our booking system

Welcome to our booking system. It is quite simple, but there are a few things you should know before you get started.

New for 2017

We have tried to simplify booking by having all the events on one page so that you can add your tickets without having to open multiple event windows. Should you wish to read further details about a concert before deciding to book, these are available by clicking on the more details link and then you can click back to booking in order to get back to the booking page. Don’t click back to events – we are in the process of upgrading the site so this is just something that is persisting and we are working to resolve this issue and improve the navigation of the site. Thank you for bearing with us!

How to book your tickets using PayPal

Each time you select a ticket (say two full price tickets for a concert by Paul Lewis), you add them to your “cart”. You have to go back to the event if you also want a disabled concession ticket for Paul’s concert by hitting the “Continue Shopping” button which will take you back to the event you were just in (Paul’s) and then add those tickets; you can’t add both types of ticket to your “cart” at the same time.

When you want to book tickets for another event, you need to do the same; go back from the cart to the Booking Page, add all the tickets you want until you have added all the tickets you would like

To return to the booking page from the cart, always select the “Continue Shopping” button. Please don’t click “back” on your browser, as this will probably remove the tickets you have just selected.

All the tickets you choose will be stored in the cart until you have all you need, and are ready to pay. You can then review all your selections and make sure you have everything you need. Then hit “Checkout” to pay.

We’re using Paypal, which is a very secure payment system. If you do not have a Paypal account you have the opportunity to create one or you may select the pay with card option.

To use our booking system, you do not have to register your details with us. However, if you would like to receive occasional emails about our events, then please do use the “Contact Us” page to register your details including your postal address should you wish to receive our brochure. We will never share your details with any other agencies.

Thank you for wishing to book our concerts.
